Hi all,
I was hoping you could pass on some information to anyone you know who may be struggling with their mortgage payments. Maybe a friend, co-worker, neighbor or family member—with one in seven mortgages currently behind on payments, it's very possible someone close to you needs help.
Many of these distressed homeowners made smart, responsible decisions, but were simply caught off guard by the challenging market. The important thing to understand is that foreclosure should be a last resort, and that there are dignified foreclosure alternatives.
For example, there is something called the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program, or HAFA, which offers a $3,000 incentive to avoid foreclosure by pursuing a short sale or deed-in-lieu, two dignified foreclosure alternatives.
I've written a report that details the benefits of these foreclosure alternatives. Please share this URL with anyone who needs that information:

I have been extensively trained to assist struggling homeowners. I'm a Certified Distressed Property Expert, which means I can assess any homeowner's situation and find out what his or her best options are for an unaffordable mortgage.
Please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm here to help.
